SpiceClub is the only frequent flyer program in the country with the following exclusive benefits:
Transparent value of Points earned – SC Points are equivalent to real cash; each Point has a value of ₹ 0.50.
Low threshold – All members from Silver Tier onwards do not have to wait for accumulation of SC Points. Members can use Points balance as low as 100 SC Points (equivalent to ₹ 50).
Use of SC Points for flights and add-ons – Members have a choice of using SC Points for meals, upgrades, and flight tickets.

Bookings made on www.spicejet.com/mobile app – While making bookings as a logged in member, all the Tier benefits will be assigned to your booking/PNR. You will have to share the itinerary or boarding pass at the airport to avail these benefits.

Bookings made through other channels – Automatic assignment of services is based on your credentials, namely - first name, last name and mobile number should match the details mentioned in your SpiceClub account.

Note: If the mobile number mentioned in the PNR is different, you have the option of logging on to SpiceJet.com and updating the mobile number against that PNR from “Manage Booking” section for availing these services. You will have to regenerate the updated itinerary to avail the services at the airport.

Co-passengers travelling on your PNR will also get 20% discount on pre-booked Meals and SpiceMax

To enter/upgrade to a Tier, you need to meet the criteria required for flight journeys and spends. Click here to check the eligibility conditions for different Tiers.

Each Tier is valid for 12 months from the month of entry into that Tier.

You will receive an e-mail communication or SMS communication informing you when your current Tier is about to expire. You can also view Tier expiry on your SpiceClub dashboard by logging in to your account.

Tier validity cannot be extended; you must complete the required flights target and spends to retain your current Tier.

Yes, as soon as you complete required flights target and spends, you will be upgraded to the next eligible Tier.

The flight count and spends in a Tier starts from the date of entry into the Tier. Each one-way journey is considered as one flight. All spends on flight fare as well as spends on pre-booked add-on services (e.g., preferred seat booking, pre-booked meals, SpiceMax upgrades etc.) are considered for calculating spends. Only base fare (excluding taxes) is considered for calculating spends. Both flight count and spends done for a flight are considered once the flight journey has been completed.

You need to complete the required number of flight journeys and spends as per the Tier criteria within 12 months from the month of entry in the Tier.

Member must achieve both flights target as well as spends target as per the eligibility criteria defined to be eligible for Tier upgrade/renewal.

You are eligible to be upgraded to the next Tier as soon as you complete required flight journeys and spends for the next Tier.

If a booking is not made under SpiceClub login, you can login to your SpiceClub account to avail the benefits through “Manage Booking” section.

SpiceClub membership and its benefits are intended for individuals. You can use Tier benefits only for yourself, but you can avail 20% discount on meal and SpiceMax for your co-passengers traveling with you in same booking/PNR.

Currently, there is no additional Hand Baggage allowance for SpiceClub members.

Yes, you can earn SC Points on the amount spent on pre-booked add-ons (exclusive of taxes).
SC Points can be earned by member for all flights and add-on services booked for self (in whose name the SpiceClub account is registered). Points will be credited after the completion of the flight journey. To ensure smooth crediting of Points, the member needs to ensure that details mentioned for PNR booking i.e. first name, last name and mobile number is same as per member’s SpiceClub account.
• You can earn 250 Bonus SC Points on bookings done directly though SpiceJet.com/mobile app. Bonus SC Points for direct bookings will be credited in your account post completion of the flight journey. • Additional 4 SC Points can be earned on every ₹ 100 spent on SpiceCash top-up.

Yes, you can earn SC Points for flights where the bookings have not been done through SpiceJet. The Points will automatically be credited to the your account post completion of travel if the passenger details (First name, last name and mobile number) in the PNR are same as registered under your SpiceClub account.
Yes, you can claim SC Points for flight journeys completed before becoming a member. To claim past flights, you need to log in to your SpiceClub account and submit the PNR in "Claim/Add PNR" section. All past flights must be claimed within 180 days from the date of journey.
SC Points can only be earned on member bookings. In case of multiple passengers under the same booking, you will earn SC Points for the amount spent on your tickets and any add-on services purchased for yourself.

You cannot claim SC Points in the following cases:

a) If travel date is more than 180 days
b) Cancelled booking

SC Points accumulated by members cannot be transferred.

Using SC Points is very simple. You can log in to your SpiceClub account on the https://spiceclub.spicejet.com/ or SpiceJet mobile app. After logging in, you can view the Points available for use under the ‘SC Points’ tab on the 'Payments' page. Select the required option along with the number of Points to be used. An OTP would be sent to the registered mobile number. Upon entering the OTP, the transaction will be processed.

Each point has a value of ₹ 0.50

You have the option to pay with SC Points for booking flight tickets or to pre-book any add-on services like meals, excess baggage, SpiceMax, etc. You may opt to pay a part of the ticket price with SC Points.

Yes, you can use SC Points with any other mode of payment available with SpiceJet.

SC Points cannot be used on Partners or any other airline.

In case the payment made is entirely through SC Points, you will not earn any SC Points. However, if a PNR is booked with a combination of different payment methods including SC Points and one of the other payment modes, SC Points will be awarded for the amount paid through other payment modes. E.g.,

  -  Total booking amount: ₹ 5000   -  Payment done through SC Points: ₹ 1000

Earning free change/cancellation voucher - Eligible members are given the voucher post their entry into the Tier and the voucher is sent to their registered e-mail address. Vouchers can also be viewed in the member's SpiceClub account. To check eligibility please click here.

For flight change - Members can log in to their account and go the “Manage Booking” section to reschedule the flight. On the payment page, select voucher as payment mode, apply the voucher number and then proceed to pay the balance amount.

For flight cancellation - Members can log in to their account and go to “Manage Booking” section to select the flight they want to cancel. Members will receive a prompt to avail their voucher against selected flight, if member selects “Ok” applicable cancellation fee will be waived off.

This facility is available only for SpiceClub members and not for other passengers travelling with the member, even if they are on the same PNR. The PNR should reflect in member’s SpiceClub account before placing change/cancellation request. In case the PNR is not reflecting in the account, the PNR needs to be added post logging in to the SpiceClub account or by contacting SpiceClub Assist.

Earning complimentary meal voucher - Eligible members are given the voucher post their entry into the Tier and voucher is sent to their registered e-mail address. Vouchers can also be viewed in the member's SpiceClub account. To check the number of vouchers for each Tier please click here.

A Virtual Card can only be used to make online payments. It is like your Physical Card and can be used in the same way as a physical card (make payments, shop online etc.) except that you cannot have the touch and feel of a physical card.

To sign up for SpiceCash, you need to be a registered SpiceClub member first. As a SpiceClub member, you can activate your SpiceCash Prepaid card online through your SpiceClub account after a minimal KYC process (no document uploading needed).

As soon as you sign up for the SpiceCash wallet, immediately a Prepaid card would be generated and displayed in your SpiceClub account. A member can view virtual card with 16 digit card number, CVV, member name and expiry date.

CVV stands for Card Verification Value. It is a 3-digits numeric code printed on the back side of your card. It is used to verify the identity of the user and provides additional security against fraudulent transactions.

Your SpiceCash card is a prepaid card. However, while transacting online, please choose Debit Card option on the payment page to transact with your SpiceCash Prepaid card.

For basic KYC, you will need to update your Driving Licence / Passport number / Voter ID number in your SpiceClub account. The validity for this KYC is 24 months.

Yes, you can use SpiceCash for any spend for anyone on SpiceJet and for any online transaction.

SpiceCash Prepaid card is not transferable. Once it has been issued to you, you cannot transfer it to anyone else. However, you can spend your SpiceCash money on transactions for others.

There is no expiry date for the SpiceCash Prepaid Card. You can use it lifelong; however, you may need to periodically refresh your KYC details in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Yes, you can use multiple payment modes for all transactions with SpiceJet. For any payment that you need to make on SpiceJet platforms, you can split the total amount to pay partly by paying through your SpiceCash Prepaid Card, partly by redeeming your SC Points, and partly by using any of your credit/debit cards or online banking.

You can suspend/re-activate or block the card using the corresponding button on the "Suspend" > "SpiceCash" page. Please go to SpiceCash and select Suspend/Reactivate Card as applicable. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Once you enter the OTP, your card will be suspended or re-activated.
