Yes, members can also earn SC Points for flights where the bookings have not been done through SpiceJet website or mobile app. The Points will be automatically credited to member's account post completion of travel if the passenger details (First & last name, mobile number, email ID) in the PNR match with the details registered under SpiceClub. The SC Points credited will be as per the spend amount; the bonus 250 SC Points for direct bookings from SpiceJet will not be available for bookings through other channels.
Yes, a member may claim SC Points for flight journeys completed before becoming a member. To claim past flight, members can login to their SpiceClub account and submit the PNR in "Claim/ Add your PNR" section. All past flights must be claimed within 180 days from the date of journey completion.
No, SC Points can only be earned on bookings made by members for themselves. In case of multiple passengers on a PNR, members would earn Points for only the amount spent for their own tickets and any add-on services purchased for self.
No, Points accumulated by a member cannot be transferred to friends and family.
SC Points come with a validity of 24 months from the date of earning.
No, the SC Points earned under SpiceClub cannot be exchanged or refunded.
